Ginn Property Management provides homeowner association and condominium association management for all Ginn Resorts™, Clubs, and Communities.

Ginn Property Management fulfills a number of duties including, but not limited to:

• Accounting, data, and records maintenance services
• Coordination of board and member meetings in accordance with state law
• Development and enforcement of community rules and regulations.
• Bidding and procurement of insurance coverage
• Assessment of community maintenance and service needs
• Development and implementation of daily operating policies and procedures
• Monitoring of the general operation of the community
