The following Frequently Asked Questions are designed to provide an understanding of the Ginn One Club™ (“One Club”) and the Membership opportunities available to Members of the One Club (“One Club Members”).

Q: What is the One Club?
A: The One Club is a reciprocal privileges program which allows current Members in Good Standing at a participating Ginn Club the opportunity to utilize certain golf and social amenities at select Ginn Resorts and Golf Clubs based on availability.

Q: Which Ginn Resorts and Clubs are currently included in the One Club?
A: Currently, the following Ginn Resorts and Clubs (“Ginn Clubs”) are included in the One Club. (Please note: This list is subject to change without notice):

  • Ginn Reunion® Resort – Reunion, FL
  • Ginn Hammock Beach™ – Palm Coast, FL
  • Bella Collina® – Montverde, FL
  • Mahogany Run® – St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
  • RiverTowne Country Club™ – Mount Pleasant, SC
  • Patriot’s Point Golf Links™ – Mount Pleasant, SC
  • Ginn Belvidere Resort™ – Mount Pleasant, SC
  • Cobblestone Park® a.k.a The University Club at Cobblestone Park – Columbia, SC
  • Old Bahama Bay by Ginn sur Mer™ – Grand Bahama Island

Q: When will I be able to start enjoying reciprocal privileges at the participating Ginn Clubs?
A: We anticipate that the One Club program will begin offering reciprocal privileges at participating Ginn Clubs in September 2008, however, this date is subject to change.

Q: Who do I call to make arrangements for activities such as: golf, using the pool, tennis, going to the spa, having dinner?
A: All arrangements for use of Club Facilities outside of a One Club Member’s Home Club must be made through the One Club Concierge at your Home Club.

Q: What are the privileges of a One Club Membership?
A: A One Club Golf Membership will only be available to full Golf Members (or its equivalent) at a participating Ginn Club. Each One Club Golf Member will be entitled to use the Club Facilities at participating Ginn Clubs pursuant to the Membership Plan of each Ginn Club. One Club Golf Members will not be required to pay greens fees or court fees for use of the golf or tennis facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart fees as determined by the individual Ginn Club. One Club Golf Members will be entitled to reserve golf starting times seven (7) days in advance of the requested tee time, and tennis courts one (1) day in advance of the requested court time. A One Club Social Membership will only be available to Social Members (or its equivalent) at a Ginn Club. A One Club Social Member will be entitled to use the Club Facilities at participating Ginn Clubs pursuant to the Membership Plan of each Ginn Club. One Club Social Members will not be entitled to the use of the golf facilities at the Ginn Clubs.

Q: What are the special features of Membership in the One Club?

A: Reciprocity – One Club Members will have access to and membership benefits at certain Club Facilities and amenities at participating Ginn Clubs, subject to availability.

Immediate Family Privileges – A One Club Member, his or her spouse and their unmarried children, under the age of 23 who are living at home, attending school on a full-time basis or in the military will be entitled to One Club Membership privileges.

Extended Family Privileges – The parents, adult children, grandparents, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the One Club Member and spouse will also be entitled to use the Club Facilities as an accompanied guest of the One Club Member upon payment of guest fees.

Preferred Pricing – Where available, One Club Members may receive preferred pricing at Club Facilities, food and beverage purchases and on soft good purchases (excluding sale merchandise) and other items at participating Ginn Clubs.

Personalized Member Services – The One Club Concierge will assist One Club Members in arranging for a variety of personal and business services.

Club Newsletter – One Club Members will receive online access to a periodic newsletter containing information about events, activities and other items of interest at participating Ginn Clubs. Website. The One Club’s website is located at GinnOneClub.com and provides One Club Members with important information on the Rules and Regulations for each of the participating Ginn Clubs, contact numbers and other basic information.

Q: Will my extended family, friends and co-owners on my property be welcome at the Club Facilities accessible through the One Club?
A: Yes. While accompanied by a One Club Member, your extended family, friends and co-owners will be able to enjoy the benefits of the One Club, subject to family and guest privileges rules and regulations more particularly discussed in the One Club Membership Plan.

Q: Will other Ginn Clubs be added to the list of reciprocal Clubs?
A: The Club may, from time to time in its sole discretion, enter into reciprocal use privileges and access agreements with other Ginn Clubs and Resorts as the Club determines in its sole discretion.

Q: Who is eligible to acquire a One Club Membership?
A: In order to obtain and maintain a One Club Membership, a One Club Member must be considered a Member in Good Standing at all Ginn Clubs. In order to be considered a Member in Good Standing, a Ginn Club Member must be current (meaning no more than sixty (60) days delinquent) in dues, fees and charges owed at all Ginn Clubs at which the individual holds a membership. If at any time the One Club Member is not considered to be a Member in Good Standing at any of the Ginn Clubs, the One Club Membership shall be suspended until such time as the One Club determines, in its sole discretion.

Q: What happens if I am suspended from a Ginn Club?
A: If a One Club Member is suspended from a participating Ginn Club, all One Club privileges will also be suspended.

Q: What do I have to pay for the One Club?
A: There will be no additional Membership Deposit or monthly Dues charged for the One Club.

Q: Do I have to call ahead just to use the pool/water park/have dinner?
A: Yes, in order to access the Club Facilities at participating Ginn Clubs, all One Club Members must contact the One Club Concierge at least 48 hours in advance in order to make all reservations.

Q: What are the operating hours for the One Club Concierge?
A: The One Club Concierge will initially be available Monday through Sunday, 9am to 5pm, at each Club. A One Club Member may also email the One Club Concierge during other hours.

Q: What arrangements/reservations will the One Club Concierge be able to assist with?
A: The One Club Concierge will arrange for tee times, court times, dining reservations, spa appointments and lodging reservations. The One Club Concierge will also arrange for gate access at each Ginn Club. A One Club Member will be denied access at participating Ginn Clubs without advance reservations.

Q: As a One Club Reciprocal Golf Member do I have advance reservation privileges at the other Ginn Clubs for golf and tennis?
A: Yes. Golf tee times may be made 7 days in advance and tennis court times may be made 1 day in advance

Q: As a One Club Social Member do I have advance reservation privileges at the other Ginn Clubs for tennis?
A: Yes. Tennis court times may be made 1 day in advance.

Q: I am a Social Member(or its equivalent) and have golf rights at my Home Club. Can I play golf at any of the other courses?
A: No, golf privileges associated with a One Club Membership are available only to Full Golf Members (or its equivalent). One Club Social Members will not be entitled to use of the golf facilities at the Ginn Clubs.

Q: How will I be billed for charges incurred at a Ginn Club other than my Home Club?
A: Charges incurred outside of a One Club Member’s Home Club will be billed through the Home Club account. By the beginning of 2009, we anticipate each One Club Member will receive one statement with Home Club charges at the top and charges associated with the One Club outlined below.

Q: Will I have a new One Club Membership card? How do I receive it?
A: Yes, each One Club Member will be provided a One Club Membership Card by their Home Club Membership Office.

Q: As a One Club Member, am I required to accompany my guest or extended family member or co-owner of my property when using the Club Facilities at Ginn Club outside of my Home Club?
A: Yes, guests and extended family members and co-owners of property must be accompanied by a One Club Member at all times while utilizing a participating Ginn Club.

Q: I am in arrears on my Membership dues, how long do I have to bring my dues current to take advantage of participating in the One Club?
A: All outstanding Ginn Club charges more than sixty (60) days overdue must be paid in full or alternatively have arranged financing by August 31, 2008 in order to be eligible for Membership in the One Club. Please contact your Home Club Accounting or Membership Office for more information.

Q: If I would like to stay at a Ginn Resort, what do I pay? Can I book accommodations for other guests using the One Club Member discount room rate?
A: The One Club Concierge will make your arrangements for lodging at a special One Club Member rate. Subject to certain restrictions, an exclusive discount of 20% off the best available rate is available to One Club Members for their personal use and for guests and extended family members who are accompanying them.

Q: Can I use the Member locker room at a Ginn Club or Resort other than my Home Club?
A: Member locker rooms are reserved exclusively for the use of Home Club Members. Guest locker facilities may be available for One Club Member use at select Ginn Clubs and Resorts.

Q: How many guests may join me playing golf? Do I have to accompany them?
A: A One Club Member may bring up to three guests. Guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring One Club Member when playing golf. For more information, please see the One Club website for golf rules and regulations for each Club.

Q: Can I participate in amateur tournaments outside of my Home Club through my Membership in the One Club?
A: No, participation in amateur Home Club tournaments is limited to Members of that Home Club.

Q: What if I have additional questions?
A: Please contact the Director of Membership or the One Club Concierge at your Home Club.

Q: How do I become a One Club Member?
A: Membership in the One Club is only available to members of a Ginn Club who are considered to be a Member in Good Standing. A Member in Good Standing may submit to his or her Home Club a fully completed and signed Membership Agreement in order to become a One Club Member.
